This discrete niche practice has announced three new divisions within its business services department, offering a one-stop shop aimed at professional practices, the retail sector and property investors. Alexander & Co.’s unique brand of joined-up business advice saves clients a considerable amount of time by generating a full strategy for any given situation from Alexander & Co.’s in-house advisors. Their thirty year history enables them to assemble the perfect bespoke team of professionals to match perfectly the size, phase of development and sector of each individual client. They will arrange private or institutional funding, assist in AIM flotations in which they have experience, and provide the wherewithal for the implementation of these strategies, which Alexander & Co. then project manage. Taking charge of the retail division are Adrian Berg, who founded the practice in 1976, and Stephen Verber, who joined in 1984. Per Adrian Berg “It is regarded as a difficult area to raise money but with our experience and knowledge of the sector we are able to provide a complete package.” Steve Jolley’s experienced team at Alexander & Co will provide full business support, including regulatory assistance to professional practices including solicitors, estate agents and surveyors. Gary Kramrisch joined alongside Steve Jolley in 1989 and is in charge of the Property Division aimed at assisting investors in all areas of the transaction, by structuring the best deal. < Back to News Headlines |
