Adrian qualified in 1973 with Arthur Andersen and worked at stockbrokers Illingsworth & Henriques before establishing Alexander & Co in 1976. Adrian specialises in all areas of corporate finance including AIM flotations, company takeovers and mergers, MBOs and MBIs.
Stephen qualified with Binder Hamlyn in 1980. He joined Alexander & Co in 1984 and specialises in corporate finance including MBO’s and mergers and acquisitions and also heads up our forensic accounting department. Stephen is a member of The Academy of Experts.
Stephen qualified with KPMG in 1984 and joined Alexander & Co in 1989. Stephen’s specialisation is in advising family owned businesses, corporate finance and Inland Revenue investigations.
Gary qualified with Deloitte in 1989 and joined Alexander & Co in the same year. Gary advises on audit and accountancy matters for owner-managed businesses. He also specialises in corporate finance and forensic matters.
Frank joined Alexander & Co in September 2004 from PwC where he was a business advisory partner. Frank works with owner managed businesses dealing with business development, corporate finance and tax planning issues.
Simon qualified with Mann Judd in 1975 and in 1982 became a tax partner in a substantial North West practice. Simon moved to Alexander & Co in 1999 bringing with him a wealth of experience in advising companies, individuals, partnerships and trusts on many direct taxation planning and compliance issues.
John qualified in 2000 with KPMG and worked for PwC and Grant Thornton before joining Alexander & Co in 2014. John specialises in personal and corporate tax, advising family and private equity backed and listed companies on raising, investing and extraction of funds, acquisitions and disposals and succession and exit planning.
